What it is

Relevance AI is a platform for designing agents and groups of agents (“an AI workforce”) that use tools, triggers, and knowledge. Its pricing page counts work in Actions (each time an agent runs a tool) and Vendor Credits (AI model and tool usage, passed through at wholesale).

Bosh is its flagship BDR agent. Per Relevance’s docs, it is a multi-agent system that researches prospects, personalizes outreach, handles email back-and-forth, updates the CRM, books meetings, and hands warm leads to an AE. Relevance says it is enterprise-only and the only way in is to book a demo.

Best sales uses

  • Outbound research and drafting with a person in the loop. Relevance says Bosh launches in approval mode before autopilot. Stay in approval mode.
  • Inbound lead triage. Relevance says a CRM field can trigger Bosh to start on a lead.
  • Build your own small agent on the Pro plan, such as one that researches a company and writes a brief into your notes.

Who it’s for

Sales leaders at companies large enough for an enterprise rollout, and SDRs or ops people who like to build. Not for a rep who wants something running today.

Setup effort

Advanced. Relevance says onboarding Bosh is like onboarding an employee and takes a couple of weeks of configuration, then approval mode, then autopilot. On the self-serve plans, you do the building.

Pricing (checked 2026-10-15)

  • Pro: $19 a month billed annually, or $29 monthly. 2,500 Actions and $20 of Vendor Credits a month.
  • Team: $234 a month billed annually, or $349 monthly. 7,000 Actions and $70 of Vendor Credits a month, plus calling and meeting agents.
  • Extra Actions are $80 per 1,000; extra Vendor Credits are $20 per 10,000.
  • Enterprise is custom. Bosh is custom and sold through a demo. The Free plan is retired.

Caveats

  • Autopilot conflicts with our Safe Use line. We say no to sending any message without a human OK. Bosh’s docs describe an autopilot mode that handles whole email conversations. If you use it, you own CAN-SPAM, consent, and opt-out compliance. See Safe Use.
  • Disclose the AI. Relevance says that if a prospect asks whether they are talking to an AI, the agent should not say it is not, and the question escalates to a human. Do the same.
  • Vendor numbers are not results. Treat any lift percentage on a vendor page as a sales claim until you measure your own.
  • Actions add up. Every tool run is an Action. A wide research job can use a lot of them.

What we couldn't verify

  • Bosh's results. Relevance's Bosh page lists percentage gains in leads contacted, meetings, and win rate. They are vendor-reported with no method or customer named, and we do not repeat them.
  • Bosh's price. Relevance says it is custom-tailored and gives no number.
  • Whether Bosh's prospects can tell it is an AI. Relevance says customers usually give agents a persona; see the caveat below.
  • Sending volume and deliverability claims. Relevance says Bosh ramps volume like a person would; we have no data.
